All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges of any tickets unless the performance is canceled by Jubilee Theatre.

Please no children 5 and under for any performance. Please check the rating of each production to guarantee its appropriateness for children 6 to 17 years of age.

Seating will be assigned on a first-purchased-first-served basis. There are a limited number of handicap accessible seats. If you require special seating or wish to request specific seats, do not purchase tickets through this website but call the Jubilee Box Office.

Plays and dates are subject to change.

    Group Sales Policy

    1.  To qualify for a group discount ($2 off regular admission), ten or more tickets must be purchased in a single transaction. (This is a group)
    2.  Reservations can be paid for with credit card, check, money order, or cash.
    3.  For all group sales, an invoice will be provided with the following provisions:
    - Reservations for groups over 50 should be made 60 days in advance.  When the reservation is made, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.  The remainder is due no later than 10 days prior to the performance.
    - If the group wishes to buy out the house for a show, the payment must be received within14 days of confirmed reservation.
    - If the performance is within the 14-day window, payment must be made at the time the reservation is made.

    4.  No group sales/reservations can be made with a season pass.
    5.  Only groups of 50 or less may make a reservation for a Saturday matinee; however, there are no additional group discounts for the Saturday matinee special.
    6.  Group sales cancellation policy:
    - If a full cancellation occurs before 2 weeks prior to the performance, Jubilee Theatre will refund full payment over the non-refundable deposit.
    - Any reservation cancelled 14 days or less before the date of the performance will not be entitled to a refund.

    7.  No refunds will be issued for unused tickets from a group sale.  The Jubilee Theatre Ticket Office cannot resell unused group tickets.

Seating for Groups:  Handicap seating requests will be accommodated upon requests.

    Late Seating Policy

Due to the theatre’s configuration, patrons arriving after the start of a performance may not be seated immediately upon arrival.  Seat assignments/requests are valid up to 10 minutes before curtain, and then best available seating applies.

Patrons arriving late will be seated at the following times:
    - Immediately following the pre show speech
    - During the designated late seating time – approximately 15 minutes after the beginning of the performance
    - Patrons arriving after the designated late seating time will be seated during intermission.

This may result in long delays; however, patrons arriving late may watch the performance on the monitor in the lobby until the designated late seating time.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your continued support.

    Online Ticketing Policy

Jubilee Theatre releases only a limited number of tickets for online sale, and online sales end 24 hours before each performance. If there are no tickets left in the online system, that does not mean the performance is sold out, simply that there are no online tickets or that online sales for that performance have ended. Please call the Jubilee Box Office at 817.338.4411 Tuesday through Friday from noon to 6 p.m. to inquire about additional tickets, to make reservations for groups of 10 or more, or for more information.

All online sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges of any tickets unless the performance is canceled by Jubilee Theatre. Refunds or exchanges, if any, are the sole responsibility of Jubilee Theatre and not of our online ticketing supplier, Guide To The City. Guide To The City is not responsible for refunds for any reason, including without limitation, cancellation or postponement of events, customer dissatisfaction with performances or seat location, lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets, or any other reason.
