Terms and Conditions

Although your season tickets have been purchased, you must schedule and confirm your dates and times by calling the Box Office Tuesday - Friday, 12 pm-5 pm, or by visiting Jubilee Theatre website. Tickets are redeemed based on the availability of the performance. You can reserve your seats early, as popular shows may sell out.

• Any past tickets not claimed before the show's start are no longer valid.
• All Flex Passes are non-refundable.
